You can download ZoIPer softphone from here.
At first, extract ZoIPer package, then run the appropriate script, for example by terminal:
sudo ./Zoiper_3.3_Linux_Free_64Bit.run
sudo ./Zoiper_3.3_Linux_Free_64Bit.run
Then run ZoIPer and follow the on-screen instructions and the guidelines below.
